How it works

Four steps from spool to sealed junction

  1. 01

    Strip & load

    Operator strips the conductors, inserts into the auto-feed collet. The HMI shows wire gauge selection.

  2. 02

    Argon purge

    Auto argon pre-purge at 0.5–0.8 MPa. Argon atmosphere prevents oxidation of the molten bead.

  3. 03

    Capacitive discharge

    Stored energy is released in <8 ms. The molten bead forms a fully alloyed, low-EMF-drift junction.

  4. 04

    Inspect & unload

    Operator visually inspects the bead; finished probe drops into the output bin for the next cell.

What thermocouple types can the TC-100 family weld?

K, J, T, E, N, R, S, B and their extension grades. Single-strand from 0.20 mm up to 2.5 mm (TC-100H / V / I) or 5.0 mm (TC-100B). Stranded 30–20 AWG.

Do I need a separate argon supply?

Yes — an argon cylinder with regulator is required for every variant. The TC-100 ships with a regulator kit; cylinders are available locally. Flow set-point: 0.5–0.8 MPa working pressure, 18,000–36,000 pcs / 40 L cylinder.

What production rate should I expect?

900–1,500 pcs/h (TC-100H), 600–1,200 pcs/h (TC-100V), 900–1,500 pcs/h (TC-100B), 1,000–1,600 pcs/h (TC-100I). For higher throughput, request the TC-300A automatic line (1,800–2,400 pcs/h, 5 stations).

What certifications are bundled with the machine?

ISO 9001 quality system (factory), CE Declaration of Conformity, RoHS compliance statement, FCC Class A report. UL / CSA listing is available on the TC-300A. ISO 17025 test certificates for the as-built unit are included.

How is after-sales support structured?

12-month limited warranty. Remote diagnosis via TeamViewer or local screen-share. Spare-parts kits stocked in Rotterdam (EU) and Houston (US) for 7-year minimum availability. Local-language support in EN / ES / DE / FR / JA / ZH.
