Everything your compliance and procurement teams need before they sign off: the standards we hold, what each one covers, and exactly which documents arrive with your quotation.
Items marked On file are held now and issued with your quotation. Items marked On request are arranged per order or per unit.
Covers the design, manufacture and servicing of thermocouple and fine-wire welding equipment at our our Shenzhen manufacturing facility. Audited annually by an accredited certification body.
Environmental management for the manufacturing site, including waste handling for electrode carbons, packaging reduction and energy monitoring.
Low-Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU. A Declaration of Conformity is issued per model and per build, referencing the applicable harmonised standards.
Restriction of hazardous substances. A RoHS declaration and material composition statement is available for every SKU, naming each restricted substance and its measured level.
Emissions compliance for industrial environments, enabling import and resale in the United States. Class A is appropriate for equipment not marketed for residential use.
Test summary for the Li-ion pack used by the cordless TC-50P. Required by air carriers and freight forwarders before a battery-containing machine can fly.
Safety data sheets and transport classification paperwork for the battery pack, prepared in the format required by forwarders and customs brokers.
Not held as standard on the TC-100 series. Can be arranged for volume orders that require North American listing; typically adds 6–10 weeks to the lead time and carries a certification surcharge.
An individual test and calibration certificate is issued for every machine, traceable to national standards. This is issued per as-built unit rather than as a factory-wide listing.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Form A / FTA where applicable), and HS code classification advice are prepared for each shipment on request.
Capacitor banks, control boards and transformers are batch-sampled on arrival. A component that fails is returned to the supplier, not built into a machine.
Every finished machine is measured across its energy range with a calibrated energy meter. The readings are printed on the individual test certificate that ships with the unit.
Each machine welds sample junctions on the wire gauges of its rated range. Beads are inspected for sphericity, surface finish and diameter consistency.
Charge interlocks, two-hand anti-tie-down circuits, gas-flow interlocks and emergency stop are function-tested and recorded on the inspection sheet.
Machines run a minimum burn-in cycle to catch early component failures before packing, so a dead-on-arrival unit does not become your problem.
The packed crate and the loaded container are photographed. We send you the images before dispatch so there is no dispute about condition on arrival.
Issued under Shenzhen Layjun Technology Co., Ltd, with HS code classification for thermocouple welding equipment and the agreed Incoterm stated on the face of the invoice.
Carton-by-carton breakdown with net and gross weights, dimensions and SKU references, matched to the shipping marks on the crate.
Form A / FTA origin certificates prepared where your country has a preferential trade agreement with China. Ask us to confirm eligibility.
We state the HS classification we ship under and can discuss alternatives where your broker advises a different heading. We do not under-declare value.
Yes. When you request a quotation we attach the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, the CE Declaration of Conformity template, the RoHS declaration and — for battery models — the UN38.3 test summary. That way your compliance team can review the paperwork before you commit to an order.
Yes. All TC-series machines are CE marked against the Low-Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, and a separate Declaration of Conformity is signed for each model and build configuration.
Not as standard. If your project requires UL or CSA listing we can arrange it on a volume order — allow 6 to 10 weeks extra and expect a certification surcharge. Tell us early, because it affects the bill of materials.
It is issued and signed by Shenzhen Layjun Technology Co., Ltd as the exporter and legal manufacturer of record, naming the model, the serial number range, the applicable directives and the harmonised standards applied.
Yes. Every machine ships with an individual test and calibration record showing the measured energy output at several dial settings. Ask for an accredited ISO 17025 certificate if your quality system requires third-party traceability — that is arranged per unit.
Standard compliance documents ship with the machine and are also emailed with the quotation — normally within one working day of your request. New UL/CSA listing is the only item with a long lead time.
Need a document that is not listed here? Ask — if it is obtainable we will tell you the cost and the lead time rather than promise it and disappoint you.
