Since 2024, WelderPro has designed and manufactured thermocouple welders, ignition pin welding systems, and automated welding cells from our Huizhou (Guangdong) production base. WelderPro machines meet the same quality bar as AMADA and OMEGA — at a more accessible price point.
WelderPro focuses on one job — making thermocouple junctions that are repeatable, auditable and cheap to produce. We work with a dedicated engineering team and a contract-manufacturing partner in Huizhou (Guangdong) that has been producing CD welding machines for the global export market for over 15 years. Every machine that leaves the line carries an ISO 9001 certificate, an ISO 17025 calibration report and a unique serial number.
Our first commercial product, the TC-100 benchtop capacitive discharge welder, has been refined across four form factors — TC-100H horizontal, TC-100V vertical, TC-100B butt-weld and TC-100I inclined. The TC-300A automatic line extends the same arc-discharge technology to multi-station production cells in the 1,800–2,400 pcs/h band.

The same argon-envelope recipe files across every chassis, so qualification at one site becomes qualification at every sister plant.

Mail us a spool of your wire and one of your connectors. We weld 20–30 sample junctions and return them with cycle-time, bead-photo and EMF-drift data — at no charge for qualification projects.
