Layjun Welder focuses on one job — making thermocouple junctions that are repeatable, auditable and cheap to produce. We work with a dedicated engineering team and an in-house manufacturing group in Shenzhen (Guangdong). The CD welding lines that build the TC-100 family have been running for the global export market for over 15 years. Every machine that leaves the line carries an ISO 9001 certificate, an ISO 17025 calibration report and a unique serial number.
The range now spans nine models across six categories. The TC-100 benchtop family — TC-100H horizontal, TC-100V vertical, TC-100B butt-weld and TC-100I inclined — was the starting point. The TC-50P added cordless field repair, the TC-20L covered laboratory fine wire down to 0.08 mm, the TC-300T brought argon-purged micro-TIG for noble-metal thermocouples, the TC-600S handled 525-joule stud and surface work, and the TC-300A extended the same arc-discharge technology to multi-station automatic cells at 1,800–2,400 pcs/h.

Mail us a spool of your wire and one of your connectors. We weld 20–30 sample junctions and return them with cycle-time, bead-photo and EMF-drift data — at no charge for qualification projects.
Our Shenzhen plant operates an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Every unit undergoes burn-in testing, bead-quality inspection, and parameter calibration before shipping. Each unit ships with an ISO 17025 calibration certificate.
