Argon-purged micro-TIG welder producing oxide-free spherical beads on fine wire. Programmable pre/post gas flow, HF start, and full noble-metal capability including R, S, B and W-Re.
US$2,950 indicative FOB · volume and DAP / DDP terms quoted on request
The tungsten electrode and the molten bead sit inside an argon envelope, so the junction forms without oxide or scale — the single biggest cause of drift in a base-metal CD weld.
Handles platinum-rhodium R/S/B and tungsten-rhenium wire, which capacitive-discharge units cannot join reliably.
Independent pre-flow and post-flow timers protect the bead until it has fully solidified — repeatable even on 0.1 mm wire.
High-frequency pilot arc means the electrode never touches the workpiece, eliminating carbon and tungsten contamination at the joint.
Concentrated arc produces a tiny heat-affected zone, so insulation, sheaths and thin-wall protection tubes survive the weld.
Set start current, weld current and slope-down independently, then store the recipe for the next operator.
